Shmateo Biography (Ayo and teo)



Ayleo and Mateo Bowles (born October 30, 1996 [Ayo] and August 29, 1999 [Teo]), known professionally as Ayo & Teo, form a group of dancers and rappers from Ann Arbor, Michigan. They showed in music videos for Usher's "No Limit" and Chris Brown's "Party." Their song "Rolex" culminated at number 20 of the US Billboard Hot 100.

Early life
Ayo, the eldest of the two, started dancing early, and Teo quickly joined him. Both never attended formal dance classes and were mostly self-taught.

In addition to dancing, both became fascinated by music and Ayo learned to play piano, drums and trombone. After completing high school, Ayo went to Washtenaw Community College. On November 6, 2014, the two people posted their first YouTube video showing that they were dancing at their high school talent show, which was viewed more than a million times.




Rise to fame



The American duo Ayo & Teo registered a viral success in 2017 with their single "Rolex". Ayleo and Mateo Bowles in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the two grew up with the sounds of Michael Jackson, Usher, Missy Elliot and Chris Brown. They honed their dance skills in elementary school and then created a popular social media page that featured viral dance challenges. "Rolex" is one of those successes. It has recorded more than 619 million views on YouTube and has smashed the Billboard Hot 100. In 2016, they released their first single "In Reverse", wearing their trademark facemasks bear. Usher's video for "No Limit" and the BET Awards 2016, later signed with Columbia Records. Early 2017, "Rolex", which echoed pop hits influenced by Migos's "Bad and Boujee" traps, "Black Beatles "by Rae Sremmurd and DRAM" Broccoli. " In 2018, Ayo & Teo returned with the single "Hold My Sauce" produced by BL$$D.
